Yellowhead County puts out Request For Proposals (RFP) for various projects and services.

  Yellowhead County invites suppliers of herbicide products to provide a quote for products listed on “APPENDIX A”.  The list of specific herbicide products and the approximate volumes that Yellowhead County will purchase in 2026 is a guideline only.

  A detailed information package will be available from April 13^th, 2026, on the Alberta Purchasing Connection website (http://www.purchasingconnection.ca)

  Yellowhead County (the “County”) will receive E-MAILED quotes, identifying
  RFQ-AG-26-001 2026 Herbicide Supply in the subject line. Quotes will be accepted prior to 4:00:00 P.M. local time on April 28, 2026 (the “Closing Time”). Full submission details are available on the Alberta Purchasing Connection website (http://www.purchasingconnection.ca).

  Yellowhead County requests a tender submission from parties interested in performing the work identified below.

  For the following work: Hauling and placing approximately 95,386 tonnes of (owner supplied) crushed gravel over approximately 332 km of roads from 5 stockpiles serving 5 areas in Yellowhead County.

  Work shall be completed in accordance with the schedule contained within the Scope of Work and the Special Provisions.

  Copies of Specifications and tender document may be picked up on or after 12:00 P.M. Alberta Time, March 19, 2026.

  The Tender must be accompanied by a ten percent (10%) Bid Security and Consent of Surety as stated in the “Instruction to Bidders”. Yellowhead County reserves the right to reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any other tender will not necessarily be accepted.
